1. Controller

2. What we process and why

Contact/booking form: name, email, phone (optional), vehicle (optional), requested service and your message — used to prepare a quote, arrange the appointment and process the order. Only fields actually needed are collected.

Server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested page and user agent are processed by our hosting provider for security and error analysis.

Analytics: we use Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted), a cookieless tool that builds no personal profiles — which is why this site needs no cookie banner.

WhatsApp: if you contact us via the WhatsApp button, Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) processes your data under its own privacy terms from that moment on.

Google Maps (contact page): the map loads only after your click; no data is sent to Google before activation.

3. Recipients / processors

Vercel Inc. (hosting), Hostpoint AG (email, Switzerland), Plausible Insights OÜ (analytics, EU), Google LLC (maps, after activation).

4. Transfers abroad

Hostpoint processes data in Switzerland, Plausible in the EU (adequate level of protection). Vercel and Google may process data in the USA based on the Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. TODO: verify provider certifications

5. Retention

Form data is kept only as long as needed for your request or the contract, plus statutory retention duties. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

6. Your rights

Under Art. 25 et seq. revDSG you have the right to access, rectification, deletion and data portability, and to object to processing — contact info@hzzh.ch. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

7. Security

All pages are served over TLS. Forms follow data minimisation, and fonts are self-hosted — no third-party requests without your action.

8. Note for EU visitors

This website addresses customers in Switzerland. If EU customers are actively targeted in the future, the GDPR applies in parallel and this policy will be extended.
